  • How can I contact Little Rainbow Babies?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal payments.

 

PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND CUSTOMS

  • When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. We will do our best to get items purchased before 9am MT shipped on the same day. That said, all orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 24-48 hours for us to process and ship. After that, we're at the mercy of the post office; 2-5 business days for delivery in the United States, and up to15 business days for international orders.

  • Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are pre-tax in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • How do I return an item?

Oh no! - if you would like to return a purchase, please contact us directly at info@littlerainbowbabies.com so that we can get you taken care of.

  • Will shipping be covered for my returns?

If we made a mistake - sent the wrong item, size, etc - we will take care of you! Either way, just send us an email and let's chat; we want you to be happy.

  • What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

This is important for us to know! If you receive something that wasn't right - please, please, please contact us when you receive your order - include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and packaging (if damaged).

  • How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 3 business days from the day we receive your return.

  • When/ how will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. The entire process may take 7-10 business days, but we will confirm with you the moment we've issued a refund.
